Strive Now empowers teens to live with purpose by connecting character, career, and community. Through mentorship and meaningful experiences, we help young people discover their 'why,' break down barriers, and build the confidence to thrive in life, not just succeed, all while equipping them to become community leaders who make a lasting impact.
Strive Now - the Collab Mentorship Program
If we reach our $12,000 goal, the funds will directly support our 6-part Purpose Every Day Workshop Series, hosted across the city of El Paso. This funding will allow us to expand access to high-quality programming for teens, covering key areas like purpose, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and goal setting.
Specifically, the funds will be used to:
Provide materials and workbooks for over 50 students to engage in values-based learning and personal reflection.
Support guest speakers, mentors, and facilitators who bring expertise and real-world insights to each session.
Secure venues across El Paso to bring our programming directly into communities that benefit most.
Offer meals to reduce barriers for student participation.
Support our scholarship fund for students who complete the full program and demonstrate growth and leadership.
Ultimately, these funds will help us equip teens to live with purpose every day—giving them the tools, mentorship, and community support to grow into confident leaders and changemakers.
