Our Story

HELP the Animals, Inc.

We are a managed intake shelter with a county contract. We house adoptable dogs and cats and ensure that every animal is spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated prior to adoption. We have been in operation in the Wayne County, Indiana area since 1988. We provide nail trims, vaccination services, and microchipping to the public, along with a community pet food pantry. We are governed by a board of directors, with an Executive Director who oversees daily operations.
